A staffing agreement and credit reference letter will be requested for completion. Once completed, our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Protech Staffing will discuss the details of the open position(s) while focusing on your company culture and preferences in order to find the most qualified applicant.
By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position(s), we can find the best candidates.
Not every job is a fit for every person. Sometimes that is not clear until the person is on the job. Our temporary and temporary-to-hire programs provide an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting to determine if you want to hire them long term with your organization.
If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our employees and feel our greatest resource is our past, present and future employees. The screening process for our applicants allows us to best match their skills and training to each position.
The temporary or temporary-to-hire program with Protech Staffing, takes the hiring risk out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them, and you have not made the investment of hiring them onto your payroll.
