As an Artisan Repair technician at Louis Vuitton, you will be responsible for repairing various Louis Vuitton products, such as handbags, wallets, luggage, and trunks, from start to finish. You will work under the supervision of the Repairs After Sales Customer Service Supervisor and be expected to work in sewing and possible reglazing. You will also be required to input repair data into JD Edwards to document productivity, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of general warehouse experience and successfully pass a manual dexterity and sewing test. Basic math skills are required for measuring products and parts, and the ideal candidate will be detail-focused to produce quality results. Excellent organizational skills are needed to assist in maintaining work station to standards and comply with first in first out (FIFO) guidelines.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills, be a fast learner to assist with various repair needs, reliable to assist with consistently maintaining key performance indicators up to par, and be a solution-focused problem solver when accomplishing repairs. The ability to work independently and in a team environment is also required.
